Stay in d' Garden Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

2 February 2012 was the date of my VISA Interview for joining the work and travel program in United State. The interview was arranged in the morning at 8.50am, therefore I and my friends decided to go to the Kuala Lumpur (KL) one day before the interview.
I was responsible to find a hotel for the night, and in the end I chose the d' Garden Hotel.
When come to here, I would like to recommend a website which I always use to find a hotel that can fulfill my requirements. The website is http://www.letsbookhotel.com/.
I like the website due to it allows me to find hotels through some filtering options like types, required facilities, prices and the surrounding attractions. The most important thing is I can easily find which hotel is pet-friendly.
However, I did not book the hotel from the website as I believe it is more convenient and reliable to book the hotel through its own website or contact method.
Finally, I have booked d' Garden Hotel for the date of 1 February and called to confirm the available time for free breakfast.

On that day, we found the hotel at around 1.50pm. It looked not as new as the photos they posted in their website but it is still OK. The check-in time was set at 2pm but we are allowed to check-in earlier as the room is available.
*Tips: Always call to your booking hotel to ask whether you are able to check-in earlier if you want to do so, they are possible to agree your request when the room is not occupied by other customers in previous day.

d' Garden Hotel claimed that they do provide free breakfast in their website, but they also said that it is not their responsibility "must" provide the breakfast, so call to make sure their offer if you care about the complimentary breakfast.

Here are some photos that I have taken but I forgot to take a photograph of their entrance. :p
We were 3 persons and staying at 2nd floor. The view there is quite nice but their place is smelly including the room. Seem like not much people have been staying there and they do not spend much time on maintaining their place.

We stayed in the room beside the signboard. The girl in the photo is my ex-classmate, we were going to apply US VISA for the same purpose.
All the photos were taken by using iPhone 4, and the room is too small so it is difficult indeed, I cannot capture everything from a far distance.

Although the room is small, everything is included. We can request the hair dryer through the internal-line phone, they said the counter is 24 hours available. I booked the room online, so I enjoyed the discount at RM128, it was about RM30 lesser.

The buffet breakfast included fried mee hoon, pastries, bread and toasted machine, coffee and tea, all the basic things. We were in rush therefore we did not eat much and then check-out directly at 8am as we might not able to get back in the stated check-out time 12noon.
The dining area was under renovation at the moment, hope that they can make it a classy place for their future customers. :)
